- All our staff and investigators are required to sign MPOL's Code of Conduct which incorporates the requirements of the Insurance Council of Australia, the Privacy Legislation, and the various Code of Conduct by the major Statutory Compensation Government Agencies and Government Inquiry Agents Licensing Bodies in each state.
- Our Training and Professional Development requirements and our quality
control procedures strictly monitor that every investigation is conducted with:
- full compliance of statutory and other legal requirements
- the admissibility of evidence in litigated matters
- no potential conflict of interest
- objectivity and independence
- a customer service focus
- All our major insurer clients maintain and control a Code of Conduct and Service Agreements. Our investigations and the performance measurement systems of our investigators are strictly monitored and updated to comply with all of these requirements.
