- Professional qualifications in related fields and a commitment to on-going training and technical/personal development

- Experience in the surveillance investigation of personal injury matters
- Ability to communicate at all levels in a professional and effective manner
- Self-motivated and able to meet strict deadlines
- Up to date knowledge and application of surveillance technology and equipment
- Up to date knowledge of legal and ethical requirements relating to surveillance techniques
