Mark Grover

Managing Director

Mark GroverMark has over 20 years' investigation experience and is recognised as an investigation industry leader. Mark has previously served as a Vice President of the Victorian Division of the Institute of Mercantile Agents and a past President of the World Investigators Network.

Mark's corporate and charity work involvement also includes being a Board Member of the Variety Club - Tent 77 and the Victorian Police Blue Ribbon Foundation

David MacLeod

Business Manager

David MacLeodPrior to joining MPOL in 2002 David had extensive insurance claims management experience with Allianz and as an Occupational Health and Safety Manager with Australian Personnel Solutions. David holds a diploma in OH&S and brings extensive experience in quality management.

David has the overall operational management responsibility of MPOL as well as active involvement in corporate investigation matters.

Siham Psaila

Director

Siham PsailaSiham has over twelve years' experience in the insurance industry in claims management roles, specialising in personal injuries. Siham then joined the investigation industry in 1998 and gained extensive knowledge of the industry before joining MPOL in 2001 as the Marketing Manager.

Siham brings a unique level of experience to her role as Director in charge of MPOL's client services and marketing.

Tom Fowler

LLB Factual Manager

Tom FowlerTom had over 20 years experience' in insurance litigation and workers compensation before deciding to join the investigation industry in 1994. Tom worked for a number of legal firms and was previously a partner with Lander & Rogers, and Rennick & Gaynor. Tom developed an outstanding track record as a factual investigator on personal injuries and liability matters before joining MPOL as the Factual Manager in 1997.

Tom is responsible for overseeing and training a growing factual investigation team, including the quality control of all MPOL's factual reports.

Mark Lieberman

Client Manager

Mark LiebermanOriginally from Scotland, Mark brings to MPOL many years of customer service and client management experience. After completing his Masters of Arts, Mark was a teacher for a number of years before deciding to join the insurance industry in client services management roles. Mark has worked in similar roles in other professional services industries in Australia.

Mark's focus over recent years has been on the design and delivery of service and training solutions to the corporate, legal and government sector clients.

Hayden Lace

Process Serving Co-Ordinator

Hayden joined MPOL Group in 2005 initially as a Process Server and then as co-ordinator responsible for the service of documents for a large number of legal firms.

It is Hayden's role to ensure that not only are documents served and affidavits obtained as requested but also to maintain contact and update clients throughout service.
