Comcare and MPOL Group:
In addition to our active Comcare investigation practice, MPOL Group has been a member of the Comcare Fraud Investigation Panel since April, 2007. Our team of specifically trained and qualified investigators undertake regular factual and surveillance investigations for Comcare self insurers and solicitors in addition to the instructions provided directly by the Comcare Fraud Panel.
Our specialist knowledge and understanding of the Comcare scheme and appropriate OHS legislation enable us to provide comprehensive reports which address the key criteria in addressing liability, negligence and common law decisions.
MPOL place great importance on having systems in place to ensure consistent delivery of quality reports. Every Comcare instruction is reviewed by a Manager with expertise in the area before being allocated to the appropriate investigator with detailed instructions, including MPOL’s proprietary Investigator Toolkits.
The final report is then quality controlled by a Manager who ensures all criteria have been comprehensively addressed, guidelines have been followed and all avenues of investigation explored. Should any further information be required, the investigator is urgently re-instructed.
